• WC and hot water showers in every camp.
• 8 diners and 8 breakfasts in accomodation, as well as 8 meals at camp served by Mongolian staff.
• Transfers AIRPORT/HOTEL on August 02nd and o3rd provided that it is requested by the runner
• All transfers in race: marked at RACE BOOK as well as from Ulan Bator to the race zone and back to Ulan Bator from Kharkhorin.

• Organized cultural Visits: museums, temples, natural parks, nomadic BBQ, visits to nomadic families, 4×4/bus transfers… and everything marked by RACE BOOK.

• Air/train/bus or other tickets to and from Ulaanbaatar

To secure your place we need you to fill in the REGISTRATION FORM according to the chosen option:

– Registration booking a place: payment of €600. The rest of the payment according to the current rate conditions.

– Registration with a single payment: payment of the total registration fee according to the rate.

KHAN RUNNERS / 178Km and NOMAD RUNNERS / 90km

• PROMOTIONAL rate (2,490€) Reservation of place: 600€ (from 1st September to October 31st, 2025).  Balance (1,890€) before December 31st, 2025
• REGULAR rate (2,790€) Reservation fee: 600€ (from 1st September 2025 to 31st May 2026). Remaining fee (2,190€) before 31st May 2026.

IMPORTANT

• The payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
• Failure to make the payment by the deadline may result in the loss of your place or rate.
• Bank transfer fees must be paid by the runners.
• On June 30th 2026, all administrative data and documents of the runner/companion must be completed
• Limited places: reserved for 150 runners.

In order to be correctly registered in Mongolia Trail Run 2025 it is necessary to send the following documentation to the organization:

• Photocopy or photo of valid PASSPORT
• SPORTS INSURANCE including rescue if necessary
• Copy of the FLIGHT number ticket for arrival and departure from Ulan Bator
• Brief sporting curriculum with the best results of the last years or feats to be highlighted.

Sometimes plans change… In case you have to cancel your registration please note:

• There is a €600 deposit at the time of enrolment, without full refund
• The last payment is due on May 31st 2026
• All participant cancellations and substitutions will be subject to a €60 administration fee and will need to await confirmation from the Mongolia Trail Run 2026 organisers
• For cancellations up to March 31st 2026, a full refund will be made except for part of the deposit (€250)
• For cancellations made during the period April 1st to May 31st 2026, a full refund will be made except for part of the deposit (€250) plus an administrative fee of €350
• For cancellations after June 1st there will be no refund. In case the runner has another person to replace him/her, he/she will have to pay the amount of €60 for the administrative formalities
• Cancellations are processed by sending an e-mail to inscripciones@naturetime.es with your details, the reason for the cancellation and an account number for reimbursement of the amount due.
